Water: Water the tree once a week (you can water lightly every day if it suits you). You just need to water the soil! Don't water over the moss because it can be damaged.
Lighting: If placing the plant in a room without any sunlight, please turn on the light for at least 8-12 hours per day, with a timer function on the light. If you place the plant in a location with natural sunlight, the light only needs to be on for 3 hours per day or not at all.
