Refund & Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Important note: You need to keep the original packaging of the product (the box for the glass jar and the box for the lamp) as well as the cotton and foam materials to protect the product during transportation. If you have lost or failed to keep the product box, we will need to send you a new paper box along with cotton and foam to protect the glass jar. And to compensate for the missing product packaging, you will need to pay a fee of $25/pcs (including shipping costs and the cost of sending a new paper box to you so that you can return the product to us). This amount will be deducted from the amount you have paid to us previously. The return process for a special product like this is indeed very complex because it involves product packaging. However, we need to ensure the rights of both the buyer and the seller, so we hope that customers will accompany us in this matter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the warehouses unless the product is damaged or doesn't meet the description.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@teraflower.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
